Identity Theft
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will ask to copy your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program
Our institution has chosen NOT to participate in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Our customers with non-interest bearing transaction accounts will continue to be insured through December 31,2013 for up to $250,000 under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. Not one penny of insured deposits has ever been lost by a customer of a federally insured bank. Only federally insured institutions can make this statement, "backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government."
