Remote Deposit Complete (RDC) is a way that businesses can securely deposit their checks into their accounts without coming to the bank.
How it works:
Those who choose to use this service will be given access to the RDC portal. While in the portal, the merchant will scan their checks into the system. The transactions are logged within the portal, where they can be approved or disapproved for deposit. If you are interested in setting your business up for RDC, please contact us at 423-562-4921.
