Coronavirus (COVID-19) Course of Action
Effective Tuesday, March the 24th, we will remain open and available to our customers by appointment, drive-thru, night deposit box, ATM, mobile and online banking to include depositing a check by the way of our mobile app, and email. Our walk-up window is available at the Main Office. Our telephone banking is available in Campbell County at 566-BANK (2265). From anywhere else call toll free at 1-800-842-6532. For an appointment with one of our bankers, please call our LaFollette (main) office at 423-562-4921, our Jacksboro office at 423-562-4931, and our Clinton office at 865-457-3500. The safety and well-being of our customers and employees are our first priority as we navigate the challenges created by the coronavirus (COVID-19). With a great deal of hesitation, we feel it is best to follow the CDC social distancing guidance by limiting in-person banking. Like you, we look forward to the day we can welcome our customers back to our lobbies.
Update: Effective Thursday, April the 30th, our lobbies will be open from 9 AM to 2 PM. Drive-thru and walk-up hours remain unchanged.
Update: Effective Tuesday, June the 16th, our lobbies will be open from 8:30 AM to 4 PM. On Fridays, the lobby will be open until 5 PM. Drive-thru and walk-up hours remain unchanged.
